If you have suffered lower back pain, you need to receive acupuncture treatment as soon as possible. Health Tip of the Week: Lower Back Pain

If your lower back feels worse after a night’s sleep, you should check your mattress first. Maybe the mattress is too soft for you. You need to change to a firm one. You can try to sleep on the floor with a sleeping bag or thick carpet for a couple of nights to make sure that it is the problem.
